How we work
We don’t follow fashion seasons. We work in batches.
Each drop is made from existing deadstock: leftover fabric from luxury fashion houses that would otherwise go to waste.
We source
Every piece starts with high-quality deadstock, hand-selected by Bas with our partner factory in Portugal. There are warehouses full of premium fabrics once ordered by the biggest names in luxury fashion. They’re not old, just unused. We find and repurpose them. No virgin materials.
We make
Guided by the surplus materials we find, we use silhouettes we've refined over time and cut and sew in small batches.
We track
All pieces are limited and individually numbered. No restocks. In this case, gone really means gone. In future drops, each item will include a Real Receipt: a physical tag and QR showing the full supply chain: from material origin to final stitch.
Why?
There’s no scalable system yet for upcycling in luxury streetwear. We’re here to build one. That means learning by doing, drop by drop, decision by decision - while staying honest about the process.
We're not perfect. We just know the current system isn’t working. So we're making a new one.
